Number presentation format accepts character "E/e"

Summary
When adding a textbox and setting the presentation format as "Number" in Presentation Tab in the Editable format, the text input field accepts the character "e" (upper or lower case), but all other non-number characters are blocked.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a Section and set the editable format to "Number."
2. Input e, E and any other character. It accepts "e" and "E" but not other characters.
Root Cause
This behavior is by design.
Resolution
The character "e" is allowed as a number to support scientific "e" notation.
