Observing the DB Alerts PEGA0042 in log file many times

SA-525

Summary

Alert PEGA0042 - Packaging of database query has exceeded operation time threshold - found in Pega alert log

Performance team is seeing below DB Alert query repeating many times for our Pega application. Per the details this query I understand that is to access certificate details (key store) from database.
Pega application is making call to 8 Soap service to load the data which are secured by certificates. I’m not sure but I think below queries could be to pull key store details for those service.

I need your recommendation on this behavior if this is expected or could this be matter of concern as it is taking time quite good amount of time in performing this DB transaction.
