Steps to Reproduce

Run the report, Work average elapsed time per status.

Root Cause

Report, Work average elapsed time per status, retrieves data from 'pr_index_trackstatus' table. That table was empty.

Resolution

Whenever, pyStatusWork, the property which holds status of work object, is saved into the database, the OOTB declare trigger, pxTrackStatuses, fires, executing the activity, pxTrackStatuses. The activity adds related entries into pr_index_trackstatus table. Execution of pxTrackStatuses activity is conditionalised based on the When rule, pyTrackstatus. By default, the When rule, pyTrackStatus, is configured to return false. Because of this, the activity pxTrackStatuses is not be executed and no entries are added to pr_index_trackstatus.

To enable this feature, the When rule, pyTrackStatus, should be saved into application RuleSet and updated to return true.
