Opening Tracer from SMA challenges for credentials

Summary
When trying to run Tracer in System Management Application (SMA) to trace a requestor, it prompts for user credentials.

Steps to Reproduce
Log into SMA > Requestor Management > Select a Requestor > Click Tracer
Root Cause
When running tracer on the requestor in SMA, it will challenge for credentials for the first time in the current browser session to validate the user.
Resolution
Use the administrator's user ID or user with SysAdmin4 privileges to trace the requestor.
