The Optimize Schema option is missing from the Designer Studio menu.

Steps to Reproduce
Try to run the Optimize Schema wizard from Designer Studio > System > Database menu.
Root Cause
The Optimize Schema wizard only appears in production level 1 or 2.
Resolution
If you change the production level of the system, use the following steps for the change to take effect.
1. Set the production level to 2 for pega and prpc systems.
2. Restart the servers.
3. Open the System Management Application. Select Conclusion Cache from the Advanced section and clear the conclusion cache from memory and the database.
3. Log out and then log in again.
