Options in filter list is not localized

Summary
The options in filter list are not localized. The column on which filtering is performed is not localized.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Launch any grid which has localized columns.
2. After localization, click the filter and notice that the the values are not localized.
Root Cause
The issue occurs due to incorrect and independent control reference.
Resolution
Change the control of the columns of the grid to "Inherit from Property". This ensures that the localized values are picked.
