Parse error for Tomcat context.xml file

Summary

Error Messages
SEVERE: Parse error in context.xml for /manager
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; systemId: file:/D:/apache-tomcat-7.0.59-PEGA/conf
/context.xml; lineNumber: 29; columnNumber: 12; Element type "Resource" must be
followed by either attribute specifications, ">" or "/>".
Steps to Reproduce
Start Tomcat.
Root Cause
An error or omission in product documentation:
A typo is present in Page 27 of the installation guide. The username attribute must be closed with a straight double quote (") instead of closing double quote (”). This caused parsing errors in the rest of the file.
Resolution
Make following change to the operating environment:
Use a straight double quote (") instead of closing double quote (”) in context.xml.
