Steps to Reproduce
1. Run ML_Setup.jar
2. Give DB Details and Start Upgrade
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Run the upgrade script using the "force" flag to bypass this error. For the windows update.bat file, the correct syntax is - "update.bat --force=true". For Unix, it is - "update.sh --force".
