Pega on logoff does not redirect to SSO login page

Summary
User is trying to configure the Pega logoff feature to redirect to Single Sign On (SSO) login portal.
On logoff, it redirects to user portal. The log off works fine with a non-SSO URL.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log in to Pega application
- Log out from Pega application. You are logged back in to the application.
Root Cause
There is a redirect after Pega logoff, which results in re-login. This needs an update to the out-of-the-box rule 'Web-Session-Return'.
Resolution
Update the 'Web-Session-Return' HTML rule with below content.
