Problem with filtering section localization in report definition

Summary
Issue with Localization of Filtering section of a Report definition.

Steps to Reproduce
Localise your application,
Open a RD and click on the filter to edit the values.
The headings are not localised.
Root Cause
SECTION Embed-ReportFilters • RDFilters_Content ( availability Final) does not have the localize option checked.
Resolution
This issue is resolved by hotfix item Hfix-9927.
As per this fix, the RDFilters_Content section and the "Conditions" in the pzFilterLabel control are set to be localized..
