"Problem in JSP fragment" on doing a preview of a section

Summary
User has a customized section referred to a customized control, X. When user did a preview on this section, the following error displayed:
"Section X execution error on page 'pyTempWorkPage' of class 'Class-A'. : Problem in JSP fragment."
Error Messages
"Section X execution error on page 'pyTempWorkPage' of class ‘Class-A’. : Problem in JSP fragment."
Steps to Reproduce
Do a preview on a section.
Root Cause
User’s section contains a X(%) field which used a JSP code control.
Resolution
This is an expected behavior when user do a preview on a section which contains a field uses a JSP code control. When user runs a use case which invokes the same section during the time, the error does not occur. Data is populated correctly in the UI.
