Root Cause
Default behaviour of the product but can be changed as per requirement. A work object is locked for 120 minutes by default and it can be changed as per requirement.
Resolution
Following is the explanation provided:
User can change the locking timeout by using the following steps:
- Open the Rules Explorer and expand SysAdmin.
- Now click on the System and select the System accordingly. Then the following screen appears. Edit the value, save and close.
- Now user can change the Lock Timeout as per requirements.
