Repeat grid filter selection reset after screen refresh

Summary
Repeat grid filter selection gets removed after the section is refreshed in Pega 7.1.6.

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a tab, for example My Worklist, to show the list of cases assigned to a user.
- Enable the refresh when active option from the tab settings.
- Add a filter to the repeat grid.
- Move focus on to another tab and come back to the "My Worklist" tab. The section is reloaded and the filter criteria gets cleared.
Root Cause
A defect in Pega code or rules. This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request.
Resolution
An enhancement request has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
