Report is opening by default scrolled to the extreme right end

Summary
In Google chrome, the report is opening by default scrolled to the extreme right end. To start viewing the report, the user has to scroll to left first.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Login to Manager portal in Google Chrome in Pega 7.2.2 and open Reports tab.
2. Click on any report from Report category, any report that has enough number of columns for a horizontal -scrollbar to appear.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Save as the pyReportEditorHeader section and replace the close icon to button.
