Routing information does not work in Approval step

Summary
A step configuration window appears when an Approval step is added to a stage. Approval to be completed by option can be chosen. However, there is no place to specify a workbasket's name while choosing Workbasket. This results in routing failure when the approval step is used.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Change step to Approval.
2. Set Approval to be completed by to Workbasket. Observe that there is no option to set it.
3. Save the step configuration, and Run.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules as Workbasket option is missing on the Approval step configuration form.
Resolution
Apply HFix-25710.
