Save button not visible on rules when launching PRPC 6.2 on IE11

Summary
Unable to save rules on PRPC 6.2 using IE 11 browser as the save button is not visible.

Steps to Reproduce
- Log into designer studio (PRPC 6.2) using IE 11 Browser.
- Open any rules and click on save as icon Observe that in the save as rule form, there is no save/cancel button to perform the save.
Root Cause
IE 11 is not supported for PRPC 6.2 in the Designer Portal.
