Slash (/) is not recognized when a case is searched
Summary
User says special character slash (/) is not recognized when searching for a case with User name, that is, ABC / XZ .

Steps to Reproduce
Scenario1: (Failure scenario)
Step1: Search the case by copying whole name " ABC / XZ " in the search bar
Step2: Note that system will not return any case though there was a case with the exact name.
Scenario 2: (Success Scenario)
Step1: Search the case by copying whole name " ABC " in the search bar i.e, trim the characters after "/"
Step2: Note that system will return the case.
Root Cause
As / is a delimeter, there is no need to notify that the '/' used is part of the search string.
Resolution
The elastic search version used in Pega 7.2.2 is 2.4.0
The following three methods, that is, (" \" ABC / XZ \" "), (ABC "/" XYZ) and (" ABC \\ / XZ ") notifies that the slash is not a delimiter it is part of the Search string.
