Tab header value does not update

Summary
In a Single Sign On (SSO) set up, when opening a rule or a work object, the tab header displays 'Opening...' or a New text instead of displaying the rule name or the work object ID.

Steps to Reproduce
Open any rule in the Designer Studio or create a work object.
Root Cause
The pega.desktop.support.isSafeToAskParent method does not return correct values because the SSO includes sub-domain URLs.
Resolution
Apply HFix-37885.
