TextArea is not wrapping in readonly mode

Summary
TextArea content is not wrapping in readonly mode.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Enter data into textarea control till text area gets a scroll bar.
2. Save data and see the same value in read-only mode.
Resolution
Use a Custom CSS class as: word-break: break-word; word-break: break-all;
