Summary
The application was upgraded from PRPC 6.2 to Pega 7.1.9. An error message appears on clicking Add all in modal dialog post upgrade.

This transaction is not allowed as it is outside the current transaction
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a button.
- Configure the button with Run Activity, Flow in modal dialog, Refresh other section, Save, and Refresh other section actions.
- In modal dialog, click Add All in modal dialog. Add All link is configured with Refresh other section with activity.
Root Cause
A defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules:
The actions configured in Step 2 has many commits to database. Hence, pzTransactionId is not in sync due to these actions.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
- Remove the commits in the activities.
- Select Disable submit on refresh check box for Refresh other Section actions.
