Unable to show the pdf on the section(on the same window)

Summary
Users are trying to show the the pdf in the same window instead of opening in new window/download.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a case in case manager
2. Add pdf attachment
3. Navigate to next screen
4. Click on link
5. It should open in same window
Root Cause
User has PRPC 7.1.6. User is trying to show the the pdf in the same window(in-line) instead of opening in new window/download.
Resolution
The explanation for this behavior is as follows: There is no OOTB PRPC feature to display the PDF inline. But using some HTML tags this can be achieved.
As the attachment stream is available on the clipboard that can be used to display.
