Validation messages do not display for read-only pxDisplayText

Summary
Property validation messages do not display on pxDisplayText (Formatted Text) control.

Steps to Reproduce
- Add a property displayed with pxDisplayText (Formatted Text) control
- Use property-set-messages to validate the added property
- Run the case. When validation sets the message, error message does not display
Root Cause
The 'Show validation messages in read-only mode' option is missing on the pxDisplayText control's Presentation tab.
Resolution
Apply HFix-42601.
