When rule using ANY [entry][relation][value] on other Page fails

Summary
Using the ANY [entry][relation][value] in a WHEN rule causes an exception when the referenced Page- or Value List/Group is on a named page.
Error Messages
cannot be null. Details: Invalid value for aDirectory passed to PropertyReference.getTopPage(ClipboardPage, PageDirectory, ClipboardPage)
Steps to Reproduce
Configure a When rule to reference a property on a page directly, and use this in an activity. For example:
Root Cause
This is an expected behaviour. The When rule should be generic and should not reference a page directly.
Resolution
Use best practice configuration. Set the context in which to run the When rule in the activity Step Page.
