Window temp directory fills with temp files and pd4fonts.properties generate in the directory frequently.

Steps to Reproduce
There is no specific use case to replicate this behavior.
Root Cause
A third-party product issue. The PD4ML library used by Pega, called Java API, loaded a Font in memory and created a temporary file for the Font. This would not be removed until JVM was shut down cleanly.
PD4Ml created a fix for this to their libraries to prevent these temp files from getting generated and being left behind.
Resolution
Apply HFix-24425. This contains the latest release of PD4ML library (398fx2).
