Summary

User has configured a datetime control as a dropdown list for a Date field in a screenflow. At run time, Year range is from 2006 to 2026. 

If a user selects a date and clicks "Next", then traverses back to the Date screen, and tries to change the year, it is observed that the year range changes to 1996 to 2016. 

Buisness Impact: If the user wanted to change the date again and if the drop down doesn't show the user's wanted date(Year) then the business is impacted.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Select any date from the drop down.
2) Click "Next" button.
3) Again Click "Back" button.
4) Verify the Date of birth field drop down Year range.

Root Cause

The current logic of year calculation is based on the year already set. 

Resolution

HFix-25991 fixes the issue.
