Summary
A developer notices errors in the logs mentioning that their custom agent lacks access required to execute RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY "Activity Name" . This error causes the expected outputs to not be preformed.

com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Error: You lack access required to execute RULE-OBJ-ACTIVITY WORK- "Activity Name" #20100430T165519.998 GMT.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Create an agent
2. Specify the agent to call a Activtiy which in turn calls ExecuteSLA
3. Notice an error executing the pzOpenSLA activity
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. The customer agent was calling a activity which requires authentication while the agent was not configured to by pass authentication.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following local change:
1. Open custom Agent
2. Select the Security Tab.
3. Select the checkbox for bypass authentication.
