Overview
Naehas Offer Management Solution (OMS) is a tool built specifically for financial services companies that allows them to accurately build personalized offers. The Naehas Offer Management Integration Blueprint allows clients to seamlessly push the offers from Naehas, into Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) 1:1 Operations Manager.
Using Pega’s 1:1 Operations Manager, the data from Pega Platform can be used to create actions for every offer built in Naehas OMS. The integration with Pega Customer Decision Hub allows companies to build engagement policies, define channels, attributes, and treatments, specific to the offers built in Naehas Offer Management Solution.
