It is a very common scenario where customers report that same functionality is working fine in one environment but failing in other environment. In situation like this, GCS starts investigating the issue by comparing both the environments. But when it comes to comparing environments, we still face a lot of challenges. Till today we are checking these differences manually but with the System Comparison Tool in place we no longer need to worry about the minute differences that might be overlooked with manual efforts.
