Menu highlighting does not work

Summary
A Menu bar is configured, which in turn refers to a Navigation rule. On selecting any option of the Menu, it does not get highlighted.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create a portal and harness.
2. Create a section and a link which refers a navigation rule. And the navigation rule has multiple options.
3. When the portal is launched and a navigation rule is selected, it should highlight the respective section. Observe that it does not.
Root Cause
User has a refresh harness. This harness has to be configured to highlight the desired section.
Resolution
On click of an option in a menu, user can display a section/textbox/tab which has focus set on it. In order for it to stand out as highlight apply a CSS; this changes the background colour.
