Back Forward Remote system

In a Federated Case Management (FCM) network, users on a control system create and work on cases in an application hosted on a remote system. The Internet Application Composer (IAC) establishes connectivity between the two systems and provides a user interface to control system users.

Use the Case Designer in the control system to create an abstract remote case type that maps (using a case type rule) to a published case type on the remote system. FCM relationships can be chained; that is, a system can be both a control and a remote.
