The busy indicator does not mask the entire area. Modifications can be made on the sections of the screen that are unmasked.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a flow with sections that have considerable amount of data to have scroll bars. 
2. Submit and move to next screen. 
3. Edit the unmasked portion of the screen.

Root Cause

The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code or rules.

Apply HFix-21509.
