Capture SOAP Request and Response information for debug

Summary
User would like to know whether there is any possibility to capture the SOAP Inbound/Outbound XML data in the application layer for debugging. Basically they want to know if after the main Service Activity was invoked from the Service SOAP instance, whether the content of the original XML inbound is available anywhere on the Clipboard or in any Pega Engine class.
Resolution
To capture the request and the response in PegaRULES.log file, user can set the logging level on below class/logger as DEBUG, either on Logging Level Settings landing page or in prlogging.xml file.
