Cursor "lags" on iPhone on Pega websites

Summary
When using a Mobile app developed with Pega on an iPhone, if there is an input box, a cursor appears, when scroll up and down, the cursor stays stationary, even though the rest of the screen, including the text box, has been scrolled.
The cursor eventually moves to the new location of the text box. This does not appear to be happening on android devices.
