Data transform rule not displaying properly

Summary
All the Data transform rules display is distorted in pre-prod environment after deployment.
All the other rules are displaying properly and the issue is seen only for data transforms.

Steps to Reproduce
- Login to developer portal.
- Open any DataTransform(DT) rule.
- No style is present, DT is distorted.
Root Cause
A software use or operation error :-
Initially the problem was with the Data Tranform rule but other rules eg Skin rule also is not coming properly.
For DataTrasform, in browser console found that pzharnessv2_ruleformXXX.css is not generated properly. Instead of four ruleform css, only one is shown.
Also in DB, only one ruleform css record was present. Since css generation was not proper, the issue was observed.
Resolution
Perform the following local-change:
Deleted pzharnessv2_rulformXXX. css from DB , removed pegatemp directory and restarted server. Cleared browser cache and login.
With this css rules got generated properly and issue resolved.
