Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in customer application code/rules. A Database Table record maps AD-FW-PA-Work-Purge to pc_work_AD_FW_PA_Work table. The database table pc_work_AD_FW_PA_Work does not exist and hence UVU tool complains being "Unable to initialize tables" for AD-FW-PA-Work Class Group and its work Classes:
AD-FW-PA-Work-Purge
AD-FW-PA-Work-Retrieve
AD-FW-PA-Work-Archive
Resolution
These errors can be ignored. Database Table mapping AD-FW-PA-Work-Purge to pc_work_AD_FW_PA_Work can be deleted to get rid of errors in log if Work classes:
AD-FW-PA-Work-Purge
AD-FW-PA-Work-Retrieve
AD-FW-PA-Work-Archive
are mapped to the respective Database tables.
