Defer loads in tabs are not working in Pega7

Summary
Sections are not loading because of defer load reference after upgrade to Pega 7. These were loading fine without defer load and working fine in PRPC 6.x version with defer load.

Steps to Reproduce
1. You have a Section with tab group layout where each tab include a Section with defer load.
2. Each of these Section again contains many level of cascaded section include and each of these cascaded section again has defer load configured.
3. On switching tab, defer load is not calling any Activity but simply displaying the Section.
Root Cause
With a simple use-case, issue was not replicable and even defer load works fine at other places in application for the user. Issue could be related to huge data load.
Resolution
After modifying to Standards mode for IE, issue has been resolved.
