Exported PDF is not showing filter information

Summary
User imposes filter on a report definition and exporting to PDF. The generated PDF does not contain the information about Filter. All it says is Initial Filters : None

Steps to Reproduce
1. Configure the report to have custom filter section
2. Run the report and perform export to pdf
3. Check the exported pdf
