No space between different bar chart clusters in report graph

Summary
There is no space between different statuses in Report Definition charts.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Create Report Definition with fields: case count, case status, and Geography. Group by Geography.
2. Have a Column chart - Clustered to represent the results.
3. Set up x-axis:case status and y-axis:case count
4. Chart shows the case count for each status grouped by Geography, however there is no space or separation between statuses.
Root Cause
This issue was determined to be a product enhancement request. The reason for no space is that the report contains a value for each possible grouping cominbation.
Resolution
An enhancement request, FDBK-19977, has been created for consideration by Pega Product Management.
