Page-Set-Messages error is not displayed in harness

Summary
After a Page-Set-Messages method is defined within a Flow Action pre-activity and then the process is run, the error message is not displayed in the user interface.

Steps to Reproduce
1. Set a Page-Set-Messages method within a Flow Action Pre- Activity to the Work Object.
2. Run the flow and observe that the error message does not appear on the screen.
Root Cause
The root cause of this problem is a defect in Pegasystems’ code/rules.
Resolution
This issue is resolved through the following Local-change:
Use Property-Set-Messages instead of Page-Set-Messages.
