Summary

PDF attachment (generated via HTMLToPDF and attached via AttachToWork activity) is displayed incorrectly in Chrome and FireFox. However the document displays fine in IE.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Generate PDF using HTMLToPDF activity.
2) Attach it to a case using AttachToWork activity. Key is file name extension provided must be in uppercase, e.g. 'someFileName.PDF'
3) Then a link is configured to view this attachment. Link is configure to 'Open URL in Window' and the activity that is responsible for content uses tools.sendFile api to display this attachment.

Root Cause

It was noted that file extension was being specified/passed in uppercase, e.g.  'someFileName.PDF' to the PDFName parameter of AttachToWork activity.

Resolution

Specify file extension in lowercase, e.g.  'someFileName.pdf' to the PDFName parameter of AttachToWork activity.
