Radio button events in a grid do not initiate

Steps to Reproduce
- Configure a grid with a radio button
- Configure an action for the radio button
- Select any radio button. Actions are not initiated.
Root Cause
Radio buttons are configured in a grid with 'as defined on property' as the source. These buttons are considered 'special' (to be used for single row selection) when the table type is not specified in the property.
As per design, action events on single selection radio buttons are not supported as they may lead to inconsistency.
For example,
A post value action posts the selection of the corresponding row to the row page; however, the previous selection is still present on the Clipboard.
Resolution
Apply HFix-43398 to support actions on single selection radio buttons.
Note: Application developers must ensure to configure only those actions which submit the grid (for example, refresh section or refresh list). They must avoid actions such as post value which may lead to inconsistency.
