Running Report in Test with Error - ** No access permisssion

Summary
A report is returning an error stating that thre is no access permission.
Error Messages
Error: **No access permission for this report
Steps to Reproduce
Run the report through an agent or through developer portal.
Root Cause
The report was using a privilege that was not assigned to the operator's access group via a given role.
Resolution
Ensure that any privilege that is required to run the report is assigned to the operator's access group via a role. Privileges are assigned to Report Definitions on the Data Access tab of the ruleform.
