Section with defer load configured is not refreshing

Summary
User has implemented defer load functionality on section and the properties used in the section are not refreshing as expected.
Error Messages
Not applicable.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Include a flow which has a flow action diverted to the assignment.
2. In the pre-processing of flow action, include a data transform which is setting the value of a property based on a condition.
3. In pyCaseHeader, embed a section which has a section include inside it with "Defer load" selected.
4. In the embedded section, include the property used in step 2.
5. At runtime, when the flow action is run, the property is not updated with the latest value.
Root Cause
When user tries to navigate to other flow action, it refreshes only the action area. Hence the CaseHeader area does not get refreshed. This is as designed.
Resolution
As a local-change, make the below changes:
- During navigation, refresh the ‘pyCaseHeader’ section such that it picks the latest content from clipboard and displays in the case header area.
- ‘Save as’ the below section ‘pyWorkActionsPerform’ to your application ruleset and click on the below .pyLabel(second one) and add the below shown ‘Refresh-Other section’ action to it.
