Summary

User observes that the Status of some work items are not displayed in a report definition output.

It shows as blank. However, when user exports the report to excel, the status is displayed. 

User could replicate the issue using out of the box report pyEnteredbyMe. 

Error Messages

No error message.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log into the Manager portal and in the Reports tab inside Monitor Assignments category select a report. 
2. Change the status filter to show "Open-Assets" records and randomly drill-down on few results. 
3. Notice that status gets displayed in few records and not displayed in few.

Root Cause

User had field values for some of the statuses that were set to blank value.

Resolution

Add appropriate values to the 'To' field for all status field values in order to resolve this issue.
