Summary

The read-only information at the bottom of Perform harness does not render correctly. pyCaseContent has a layout group displayed as tabs with the following dynamic layout tabs:

     - Overview
     - Information
     - Audit

Audit does not display correctly. It is not in the tab group. It does not visually represent the style of the layout group.
It occupies a size that puts an invisible masking layer over the Overview, and assignments in the list cannot be clicked as shown below.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new section.
2. Include this new section into an existing one.
3. Remove the first section created.

Root Cause

On the custom Review harness, the section referred by another section did not exist. The non-existing section must have been deleted after creating it in the section it was referred. 

Resolution

Perform the following local-change.
Remove the non-existing section completely from the calling section.
