Unable to access Prsysmgmt on Tomcat

Summary
User deployed PRPC applications to Tomcat 7 application server on PostgreSQL database.
However while accessing prsysmgmt application got below error, whereas prweb application works fine.
Error Messages
HTTP Status 500 - /jsp/services2/ConfigWizard.jsp (line: 36, column: 40) File "/struts-tags" not found

Steps to Reproduce
1.Login to prsysmgmt URL.
2. Add a node. Error is displayed on screen.
Root Cause
Known issue with jdk 1.8.0_112 with Tomcat 7 app server.
Resolution
Use Tomcat 8 app server instead of Tomcat 7 with jdk 1.8.0_112 with Pega 7.2.2 to resolve the issue.
