Unable to edit data tables in SIP for 6.3.1

Summary
Users can view the data in a data table but receive an error when trying to edit the data in Smart Investigate for Payments in 6.3.1 version.

Steps to Reproduce
- Open the data tables landing page by selecting Pega button > Data Model > Data Tables > Data Tables.
- Identify the required data table from the list.
- Click the edit icon to edit the row item or click the Edit in Excel option.
- Save the record.
Root Cause
A defect or configuration issue in the operating environment. The issue occurs if the blob column is null for entries in the table.
