Summary



JavaServer Pages (JSP) fragment error prevents loading a harness rule on a portal.


Error Messages

Error message: Section 'WorkBasketView' execution error on page 'pyDisplayHarness' of class ''. : Problem in JSP fragment


Steps to Reproduce


  1. Open a new incognito window (in Google Chrome ) or InPrivate browsing (Internet Explorer)
  2. Log in to the application
  3. Open multiple sessions with the same User ID
  4. Click worklist in the navigation pane

Root Cause

A defect in Pegasystems code or rules


Resolution

Apply HFix-34763
